Customer Loyalty Program – WWS

Giordano has always focused on exceeding customer’s expectations in terms of merchandise and service. It has initiated many additional services such as complimentary alterations, global exchange policy, and a customer service toll free hotline.

The brand launched its WWS – World Without Strangers-its global card less loyalty program in 2007 with the objective to reward its loyal customers. The USP of this program is its global presence, the simplicity of its usage and your mobile number being your personal identification or membership number. Customers are able to get discounts and accumulate points on every purchase they make and can also access their information online and on their mobile phone.

The Program has received a tremendous response since its launch and today has over 350,000 registered WWS members in the G.C.C. and over 9 Million globally.

WWS Membership Guidelines

  1. Membership will be activated immediately.
  2. WWS Points redemption can only be done in the country of membership registration.
  3. All points as well as the membership automatically expire when a customer remains inactive for one year.
  4. The points will expire every 2 years from the date of registration.
  5. WWS Membership is non-transferable. Members must provide a valid I.D. when availing discounts and / or redeeming points.
  6. WWS offers cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Members should choose which offer they prefer at the time of purchase.
  7. WWS is a lifetime membership program that is automatically renewed by making at least one purchase during the year. Can be used in following countries / regions Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait & United Arab Emirates.
  8. WWS is not applicable for Corporate / Wholesale transactions.

WWS Membership Points

  • When you spend each UAE Dirham / Saudi Riyal / Kuwaiti Dinar / Qatari Riyal you earn 1 Point.
  • Each point values
    • UAE – 5 Fils (20 Points = 1 Dirham)
    • Saudi – 5 Halala (20 Points = 1 Riyal)
    • Kuwait – 50 Fils (20 Points = 1 Dinar)
    • Qatar – 5 Dirham (20 Points = 1 Riyal)
  • WWS members can use their points to redeem up to 20% of the transaction value.
  • No points will be awarded on points redemption transaction.
  • The members points balance & expiry date will be printed on the receipt after every purchase & also be available on WWS Global website ( http://gb-e.giordano.com/index.aspx )

WWS Membership Registration

Customers can join as a WWS Member with a minimum purchase

  • UAE – 200 Dirham
  • Saudi – 200 Riyal
  • Kuwait – 20 Dinar
  • Qatar – 200 Riyal

3 elements are mandatory for membership registration.

  • Mobile number (Local country Mobile Number only) – 12 Digits
  • Date of Birth (MM DD) – 4 Digits
  • Pin Number – 6 Digits

  • WWS is Giordano’s Global Cardless Membership Program. It rewards customers with discounts and points whenever they purchase any regular priced merchandise at select Giordano stores. Members will also be kept updated on additional benefits and special offers. Residents holding a local mobile phone number are eligible to apply for WWS membership. Customers are eligible to register and become members after their first purchase of 200 Dirham’s or more in a single transaction. WWS Members are eligible for a 10% discount on purchase of any regular priced merchandise in most Giordano company owned stores locally and globally. Additionally, WWS Members can also earn points. WWS members can avail the discounts globally. WWS members will be entitled to a 20% discount and also earn points on the entire month of their birthday. WWS members can use their points to redeem up to 20% of the purchase value of any regular priced items. NO DISCOUNTS will be given on any transaction when points are being redeemed.
