REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND MERCHANDISE TAG.

Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days or refunded within 3 days, at the same store, ONLY ONCE at the original selling price, provided it is not used, washed, or altered.

Items sold on Sale or Buy 1 Get 1 Free will not be accepted for refund.

In case of credit card refunds, the amount will be credited back to the account within 14 working days.

FOR HYGIENIC REASONS SALE OF INNERWEAR AND UNDER GARMENTS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
